added travis yml for ci builds, and a few badges to the readme #10

I had to figure this out before for one of my own repos, so I figured you could benefit from that. :)

I also added a few badges to the readme file, one of which shows the build status. You'll have to setup a Travis account, but they make it fairly easy to sync with GitHub and pull in the repo you're interested in.

You'll have to change this part in the readme to your username, when you create a Travis account:
