To make it easier to implement more features using the marked custom renderer...

  • Convert textile to markdown
  • Render width and height of external images

Image size encoding

Several external image tags have size information (width/height). They are useful to avoid page jump. However, markdown standard syntax doesn't support image size. GitHub markdown supports it though.

As a hack, the size is encoded with the format of =widthxheight at the end of title (e.g. ![alt](src "title =300x200")). I will never use image title in this repository anyway, but the custom marked renderer for image removes the image size from title if it's provided.
