Sorry about the delay, and thank you very much for creating a VS Code extension and sending a PR to add it here!

The CI is currently failing on this, as you can see at https://travis-ci.org/shurcooL/markdownfmt/jobs/517189382, because the change you've done to README.md is not formatted consistently with the markdownfmt rules. Would you mind fixing that?

After that, I'm happy to merge this. Thanks again!

It should be above the entries for the deprecated Conception and Atom.
