Axis should use d3.svg.axis #91

Is there any particular reason why the graphs create div elements for axis instead of using D3's ready to go component [1][2]?

I see there's interest here, and even a pull request from some time ago. We'll pursue the move.

nice to hear, especially now that nvd3 is dead(ish)...

Just revisiting Rickshaw after awhile and still catching up on the changes -- just saw #73 and it appears from a quick glance that axes are based on d3.svg.axis now. Can this be closed?
