It's a quick and dirty fix. Hardcoded 2.39.0 URI.

Use
Brew install selenium_server_standalone
Instead

@shvets brew is OSX specific - what would be the equivalent on ubuntu? (we are working on c9)

don't forget poor Gem at https://rubygems.org/gems/selenium/versions/0.2.11
