    simulate(...) no longer assume the environment would be drawn with svg
    strings. Instead it calls a `simulation.setup_draw()` before the loop to
    setup the figure handles and calls `simullation.draw()` within the loop.
    This two methods are optional for the environment class.

    1. Change from `ops.reset_default_graph()` to `tf.reset_default_graph()`

    threw exception. I checked the `karpathy_game.py:83`, it should be now
    `x[:-4]` rather than `x[:-2]`. Changed.

    When import tf_rl.utils.svg as svg, it assumes we are working from the
    project root. It causes troubles when tf_rl is used as a library

    Added additional action "no action" (0,0 direction). In many RL vs game experiments people forget to add this action, and then poor AI oscillates like crazy just to stay in one place :D Also decreased the momentum of the actor and added location features, which seem to help actor become more efficient.
