Maybe not an issue with Tab Session Manager.

I suspect that it's an unintended side-effect of prior (not concurrent) use of Session Boss 1.4. Thoughts?

Session boss implements its own tab lazy loading.
When opening a session with a session boss, the URL of the inactive tab becomes about: blank.
If you save the session with TSM in this state, a blank page is saved.
