With all the Kaiserreich-related events being added, a bookmark should be added to let people get to experience the flavor without having to play through the 19th century.

Not something I wish to do, since 95% of HFM changes affect pre-1900.

I do want to make it possible to get the historical system of pre-WW1 alliances, but making a bookmark isn't the solution i want.
