Description

There's a really old readme in the ssz crate.

It describes a very old version of SSZ and is therefore misleading.

Steps to resolve

Remove https://github.com/sigp/lighthouse/tree/master/eth2/utils/ssz. Replace it with a simple readme like below:

# ssz

<crates.io badge>

Where <crates.io badge> is a cargo badge for this crates.io repo: https://crates.io/crates/eth2_ssz

I believe this issue has been addressed and merged, but it's still showing up as open :)
