Docs wrong for module_priority; has been moved to ModuleManifest

Description

Hey,

Per v6 & v5 docs the module_priority should be defined on i18n, however the module_priority is on ModuleManifest nowadays instead.

• Check that there isn't already an issue that reports the same problem
