Hello!
The CSV export in this add-on is not working for languages like Persian & Arabic and i can't set char-set to UTF-8

Do you get the same issue in the export feature in other gridfields? E.g. members table "Export to CSV" button?

It could be an issue with SubmittedFormField::getFormattedValue() or ::getExportValue(). Please let me know in the mean time if you can spot where the text is getting garbled.

Yes it's happen in all CSV Export

Ok, in that case I'm marking this as a framework bug.
Moved to silverstripe/silverstripe-framework#4858
