TextMate Flash Bundle

A TextMate bundle for working with the Adobe Flash Player and Authoring Environment. This bundle started life as the Javascript Flash bundle.

Features:

  • Javascript Flash Support. JSFL is a JavaScript API used to automate the Adobe Flash Authoring Environment.
  • Flash Player Detection.
  • Flash Cookie (.sol files) conversion.

Installation

Via download:

  • Open this link
  • Unzip the download
  • Rename the folder to Flash.tmbundle
  • Double-click
  • TextMate handles the rest!

To install via Git:

    cd ~/"Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/"
    git clone git://github.com/simongregory/flash-tmbundle.git Flash.tmbundle
    osascript -e 'tell app "TextMate" to reload bundles'

Usage

Run ( ⌘R)

Executes the current jsfl document.

Compile (⌥⌘B)

Compile the Fla. document specified by the environmental variable TM_FLA using the current publish settings.

Test (⌥⌘B)

Test the Fla. document currently active in the Flash authoring tool.

Publish (⌥⌘B)

Publish the Fla. document currently active in the Flash authoring tool.

Conventions

Bundle authorship uses the TextMate conventions.
