1.27: hledger-web cannot save transaction, returns "Value is required"

If I open hledger-web and add a new transaction, it does not save it, but returns error message. It works in hledger-ui.

Used version: hledger 1.27, mac-aarch64

The file field, which appears only when there are multiple files, should not have been made mandatory. As a temporary workaround, add a dummy include to your journal file, forcing the field to appear:

include dummy.j
