option to add URL to journal

[PSLLSP]

I would like to add URL to journal, URL that will be clickable when journal is served by hledger-web.

I can add URL to description or comment now but such external link has two issues:

• it is not clickable when served by hledger-web
• when the URL is longer then it is trimmed by hledger-web, so it is even cannot be select/copy/paste; full URL is visible in tooltip (yellow pop-up box) but text in the tooltip cannot be selected/copied...
