default journal file has wrong line endings on windows #51

Its caused by the initial creation of the .hledger.journal-file with windows line endings. When the file is converted manually, all works fine from then.

I see this was fixed in 0.15, by using unix line endings consistently, even on windows. This was easiest and hopefully doesn't cause much pain.

No, my mistake. The fix described is in darcs.
