twitter widget needs updating

No tweets are appearing on the home page. Apparently we're using an old style and they just turned it off.

As per this forum post, it seems that this functionality is no longer possible without either

a. Making a script to find the hashtags and put them into a "collection".
b. Using the public API and writing your own frontend to display them.
c. Using a third party service to do a or b for you.

It sounds like a massive pain now that twitter has explicitly dropped support for it. I would suggest just removing the widget entirely.

Should have posted this here: I would have said maybe keep the links to facilitate searching Twitter manually, but they don't bring up recent results, so are basically useless and I agree we might as well remove them.
Not sure what to replace this with yet.
