Additional admin seat on starter plan

Enable a limited admin seat (Cant look at financial information) for starter plan. This can be used for Ad executives or 3rd party companies that need to access the account.

Would also be nice if people can give developers access to install the script.

Would be nice to give a time limit to it as well. To give a developer access for 30 days for example. Permissions will be automatically deleted after that period.
