Add stack trace to exception that gets thrown when container got disposed. #368

When a user calls Register on a Container that was already locked (because of a call to GetInstance for instance), Simple Injector will not only throw an exception explaining that the container was locked; the exception will show the actual stack trace that caused the container to be locked.

We need this same feature when the container throws an ObjectDisposedException.
