Add non-generic options.UseMiddleware overload #717

The new v4.6 ASP.NET Core integration contains an extension method that allows registering middleware. There is, unfortunately, only a generic overload available. This makes Auto-Registration harder and also forces middleware to be known at compile-time. This might not always be the case.

It would, therefore, be useful to have a non-generic UseMiddleware overload as well.
