simplify other syntax for some latex commands

some syntax for some latex commands are rather ambigous and confusing which goes against the aim of simtex, which is to simplify latex writing.

• remove -c and -i command
• make -b and -B an argument that does not take input

some suggestions about syntax to be used as default can be made here, the current syntax and the latex command they are trying to replace can be found here:

this makes it:

simtex [INPUT] [ARGUMENTS]

which is more simple than the previous one.

the program can now simply be invoked by calling simtex [INPUT], and by adding -b flag, the document can be converted and compiled with the specified latex compiler.
