There is currently no RC filter on the ITEC pin on this standalone version.

The sampling pulses at the CPU ADC causes it to fluctuate ~20%.

Simply adding a 10nF capacitor across ITEC and GND reduces this noise significantly:

The remaining noise of tec_i is probably from VREF loading (#117), as it derives from VREF.
