By submitting this pull request, I promise I have read the contributing guidelines twice and ensured my submission follows it. I realize not doing so wastes the maintainers' time that they could have spent making the world better. 馃枛

HTTP Toolkit is an open-source Electron-based developer tool, similar to closed-source apps like Fiddler & Charles (but modern, open-source, cross-platform, user-friendly and generally better).

I've linked to the main project page rather than github since there's no single github repo as such. It's built in a few parts, they're all visible here: https://github.com/httptoolkit/. Happy to swap for that if GH links are required for open-source projects.

You could link to https://github.com/httptoolkit/httptoolkit-desktop and make that readme a little bit prettier (with a screenshot, etc).

@sindresorhus unless you do have a strong opinion on this, I'd prefer to include the main tool site. It looks like there are already a few other open-source tools listed here by their standalone sites as well, rather than their GH repos: https://kitematic.com, http://sia.tech, http://a9.io/alienbox/ and http://sabaki.yichuanshen.de.

In my case the main site is more informative, and includes the docs too and a live demo. I'd rather have one site focused on people who want to quickly understand what the tool is, with the info they need, separate from the repo READMEs, which focus on explaining the internals of each component and how to contribute to them. I think the former is probably want people exploring this list are looking for (initially at least).
