Spaces Cache #494

Spaces cache files for a certain amount of time, and should not be changed.
When uploading images, they should have a version/random number appended to it, instead of just the entity id. This way, when updating a picture to the same URL, cache is avoided. However, forces us to delete the previous version of the image.
Another possible solution would be to warn the uploader user it may take some time for cache to be updated. Whoever takes on this issue can also investigate if digital ocean allows eviction specific urls from cache.
