Added instructions for uploading PDF files to the stage folder and accessing them within the notebook.

For the dev demo , this PR fixes the ingest from pdf notebook,
The notebook had to be updated to use pdfplumber instead of unstructured data, few unsupported packages have to be refactored , mysql connector was replaced to use standard s2 package calls
