Update chorizo.md
Changed chorizo to 20 oz from 500 grams to match two standard Cacique tubes.  20 oz is 567 g.

Added onion because obviously.

* 20 g black cumin seed, ground
* 2 cloves garlic
* 15 ml white wine
* 4 g salt if wine is unsalted
* 1/2 small white onion, diced
