  1. Improve usability of the TBB plugin 

    The main changes are:
- When closing the browser, show a dialog so that the user can choose what
	to do: close tor, reopen the browser, or do nothing.
- Show a message in the tray icon to let the user know a browser will open
	in a few seconds.

  1. Add a GUI for TBB and more functionality 

    The GUI allows the user to change the browser executable and directory.
If the browser is closed, Vidalia doesn't exit, you are able to re open the
browser from the GUI.
