Updating existing asset category causes broken links #523

Updating an existing asset category (with or without changes) causes broken links due to the asset module manager not reloading properly. This shows up in the user interface like assignments are pointing to non-existent assets, even though they are still in the database.

Removed asset caching interfaces and hooks completely. #523
Hazelcast behavior was causing weird issues with asset modules when
updates were made. The caching does not buy much if any performance
increase and complicates things.
