Consider filtering generated png files through OptiPNG #66

It won't save is much on a per-file basis (a quick test showed about 2K savings on 100 line ansi), but since we have over 100K files, each with a png thumbnail, this might help us on the whole.

With the old site I used something similar. I definitely think we should, obviously we would need to automate it.
