HTTPS or Subversion.
I've just pushed 1.0.1 with fixes to defhistogram and friends that did not compile. The change log is updated.
Also, maybe we should create a branch, like 1.0.x-stable, to cut 1.0.x releases and master can be 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT development.
Github issues are fine for this.
Let's adopt Mercurial's branching strategy. It's simpler than having branches per-release or something else, and this project isn't super big so it's good enough.
There will be two branches: master and stable. Bugfixes go on stable, and we can tag/push 0.0.x releases from there as needed. New features, etc go on master. When we're ready for a major (0.x.0 or x.0.0) release, we merge master into stable and tag/push it as normal.
Please let me know when 1.0.1 is out. I will announce it on the Clojure mailing list ;)
