Both the backend and frontend will auto reload when files change. Local files are mounted in running in dev mode but not otherwise.

I think the top status check should be disabled. I think it doesn't exist in circleci anymore which is why it's never being reported either way

Apparently I can't reply to your comment in your approval. It's the same except you set CERT_CONFIG to the email address of the domain admin.
