a portfolio project
I like tools. I have liked tools since I was very young. Many of my coding projects are also tools. I find solving problems and creating tools to be very fulfilling and worthwhile.
I also like sharing ideas. I was a teacher for a long time and I used coding as a tool to share ideas and teach students about chemistry and physics. Data Visualizations, if they are done well, are my favorite way to share ideas.
I build using a mix of technologies, including Vanilla JS, Typescript, CSS, HTML, Python, Vue.js, Flask, D3, and a smattering of more esoteric languages and frameworks ...
I have recently been working with [WebAssembly] for web tools and Go for sysop tools. Both seem very resilient and thorough.
