[Proposed Enhancement]: Filter Intensity

@skkallayath I think a feature which is important to implement will be the ability to increase and decrease the intensity of a filter.

The filters here are applied to the RGB values of each pixel of the image. If you want to increment the intensity of a pixel (say, (120, 150, 186) RGB) what will be the output you are expecting?

I implemented the feature already, i meant increase/decrease the different subfilters like brightness contrast, saturation
