WordPress redirects to canonical address when the permalink option ends with / and page uri doesn't end with trailing slash. Predefined configurations should respect that.

rules for nginx and .htaccess supported servers

nginx: rewrite ^([^.]*[^/])$ $1/ permanent;


    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !\.[^./]+$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(.*)/$
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /$1/ [R=301,L]
