Open NERDTree on startup #110

It seems the change you made in commit aca6297 was overwritten on 8bca30b and now g:nerdtree_tabs_open_on_gui_startup is 0 again, disabling NERDTree Tabs by default.

Was this on purpose? I liked that feature :)

Yeah it was on purpose but you can override it by placing a different value in your ~/.vimrc.after :)

I found more and more that NERDTree gets in the way because i'm always closing it to get more real estate. I rely much more on ctrlp to open files and nerdtree on occasion.

I see, seems reasonable. You might want to consider adding some note on that in the Readme.

Yeah, I meant specifically about enabling the NERDTree Tabs plugin.
