Starting from Windows 10 "Redstone 3", it's possible to create an NTFS volume using the following cluster sizes: 128K, 256K, 512K, 1M, 2M.

None of them are supported by TSK.

$ fls -f ntfs -o 2048 -v ntfs.raw
tsk_img_open: Type: 0 NumImg: 1 Img1: ntfs.raw
tsk_img_findFiles: ntfs.raw found
tsk_img_findFiles: 1 total segments found
raw_open: segment: 0 size: 34359738368 max offset: 34359738368 path: ntfs.raw
raw_read: byte offset: 1048576 len: 65536
raw_read: found in image 0 relative offset: 1048576 len: 65536
raw_read_segment: opening file into slot 0: ntfs.raw
ntfs_open: invalid cluster size: 244
Invalid magic value (Not a NTFS file system (invalid cluster size 244))

$ fls -V
The Sleuth Kit ver 4.6.5
