HilbertCurve Fill Top/Bottom is not completely covering the object. #1162
HilbertCurve fill gives me just the right texture on the top of my models to simulate a non-skid surface.
I have been having trouble getting the full layer filled in when using HilbertCurve for Top/Bottom fill pattern as you can see in the attached screen shots. If I move the objects around enough, I can find a sweet spot that has minimal gaps.
My object is a cube roughly 17mm x 51mm x 1.2mm. I'll try to attach the stl. It was made with Sketchup initially then in Solidworks because I thought it might be a problem with the model. Both were cleaned with NetFabb and generate no errors.
I sliced a two tiered gear with the same settings and the HilbertCurve fill looked perfect.
I have used Repetier-Host with Slicer 9.7, 9.8 and 9.9 as well as downloading from the repository and running "Version 0.9.10-dev" then viewing the g-code in Repetier-Host.
Also, when selecting HilbertCurve fill for both fill patterns, I get rectilinear in the middle two layers instead of HilbertCurve. Not that I want Hilbert in the middle but I thought I would see how it handled the intermediate layers.
Thanks for taking a look.
