(slow) infills causing object to only be perimiter #863

I made this object http://bld.is-a-geek.com/slic3r/infillTest.stl and wanted to use it for my blog to show how the different infill looked, but on 0.9.7 the infills marked with (slow) causes the object to only be printed with the perimiter, nothing else is printed. With all the other infills it looks as expected.

Yes, the "slow" patterns are also quite broken. They're not very up in my priorities list... but I'll do my best.

Haha. It took some time to fix this. I think I'm going to make some other improvements to the "slow" infills (which are not slow anymore BTW), like better pattern centering and no cross-hatching.
