Rename "OpenCV" to "SlicerOpenCV" #10

To avoid ambiguity, rename the directory from OpenCV to SlicerOpenCV

Renamed the Slicer module directory from OpenCV to SlicerOpenCV.
Adjusted the top level CMakeLists.txt file to build it, but kept the
module file the same as changing the MODULE_NAME variable would
result in lookin for files named qSlicerSlicerOpenCV*.
