--score total for continuous matrices, and it now performs equally as well as
--score single for four phenotypes that I tested. See the manual for details.
I included a snpsea executable
snpsea-linux64 that works on Linux 64 bit (kernel >= 2.6).
$ tar xf snpsea_v1.0.1.tar.gz $ ls snpsea_v1.0.1 snpsea SNPsea_manual.pdf $ file snpsea snpsea: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, AMD x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), \ for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, statically linked, for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, not stripped
Works on Ubuntu 12.04 (kernel 2.6.24) and CentOS 5.7 (kernel 2.6.9).
