这个地方不应该再创建一个redux , 既然你切换语言后刷新了页面, 直接从localStorage里面取就行了, 没有就默认 en , 这里面用store我记着在初始化的时候是存在问题的, 而且这样就出现了两个store实例了

如果我某个列表有个字段就叫locale呢, 筛选的时候不就影响到框架功能了~
