Pip3 installation issue

I did not install python on my system.But when I run the command python3 --version it showed that I have Python 3.10.6 already installed.

But when I wanted to check for pip3 version It showed that Command 'pip3' not found, but can be installed with: sudo apt install python3-pip

When I run command sudo apt install python3-pip

I get this :
shawon@DESKTOP-FARNRMN:~/hh-fcc/hardhat-security-fcc$ sudo apt install python3-pip

Reading state information... Done
Package python3-pip is not available, but is referred to by another package.

E: Package 'python3-pip' has no installation candidate

Try this

Step1: sudo apt-get update.
Step2: sudo apt-get install python3-pip

Then check for pip version by typing:
$ pip -V
