in the Order Controller it seems that paymentMethodsCounts
dictionary has the keys trimmed which cause the problem at

SmartStoreNET/src/Presentation/SmartStore.Web/Administration/Controllers/OrderController.cs

if (paymentMethodsCounts[x.Text] > 1)

where x.Text is not trimmd
