how to run single Convey function ? #534

we will handle a lots Convey on single golang test function,maybe support --filter for Convey name is good idea for quick test on development stage.

thanks a lot. but i think FocusConvey & SkipCovey isn't a good idea.

reasons:

I need change top level Convey to FocusConvey
i need change to FocusConvey for which convey function I want to run.
I need back to Convey after i debug

the reasons its why i want --filter flag.
