@chaplinkyle, v1.7.1 has been built using JDK 1.6 and Maven 3.2 and released to Maven Central. If you still use Smooks for development, could you try running a Maven build locally with Maven 3.2 and report back if you still face problems?

Hi @manish-in-java would it make sense to add maven wrapper to the project?

Seems like the maven-bundle-plugin archive was corrupt.
