Recent tunnel link showing active on map #114

Noticed on the map, after disabling a tunnel connection, that there was still an active-looking link on the map. Toggling map layers, that tunnel link showed up on both the Tunnel layer and the Inactive layer.

Looks like this is affecting multiple recent tunnels.

I had a similar issue where a recent link was still showing active. One question is whether this is an issue with some caching on the JSON for the map.

I think this is a duplicate of #36.

I suspect this might be related layer information persisting between web requests. Maybe a data structure is attached to the module instead of a request.
