  1. Convert command-line arguments to Unicode before continuing.

This fixes a problem with current SQLAlchemy, which will warn (or even
throw an exception if configured in strict mode) when you try to access a
Unicode column with a non-Unicode string. Yes, even under PY2.

  1. runserver: Debugging now defaults to whatever the app's configuration…

    … says
or True if that's None. Also, print a warning when debugging is on.

  1. runserver: Improve handling of '-d' and '-r' switches

    * debugger defaults to OFF because that's the safe choice
    * reloader defaults to whatever the debugger default is
      if not set explicitly

  1. Improve documentation

    * document InvalidCommand error class
    * re-raise the TypeError you get from handler() when the arguments do not
match with the name of the actual failed procedure, since Python
      does not.

  1. A command with help=None will now get that help from the docstring

    which is good for overriding.
Commits on Mar 4, 2014
  1. More incompatible changes:

    * command.handle() is now simply command()
    * short help is '-?'. '-h' is used for --host too often.
    * Server options '-d' and '-r' are no longer toggles for debugging/reloading.
Instead, '-d' forces debugging on and '-D' forces it off,
no matter what the default said.
    * The command.prompt_* compatibility methods have beeen removed.
      (They were already heavily deprecated.)
  2. Merge branch 'v1.0' into v2
