Description

Improve vim syntax file

  • added information on folds in readme to address a comment on a previous PR Vim fold sections #708
  • split syntax elements onto separate lines so git diff/merge will be cleaner
  • added several missing syntax items from the rules documentation

QC

NA, just modified syntax files.

  • The PR contains a test case for the changes or the changes are already covered by an existing test case.
  • The documentation (docs/) is updated to reflect the changes or this is not necessary (e.g. if the change does neither modify the language nor the behavior or functionalities of Snakemake).
