Error log messages are almost useless #78

We should be logging more information when error logging, like:

  • URI
  • remote server
  • request headers

etc

I'd like to be able to configure what gets logged, too. It looks like it's hardcoded now.

Was it ever there? I'm reading back over the commit (snapframework/snap-server@193902f) and nothing's jumping out at me.
