Get an example PyTest w/ Travis working so other devs can add tests easily.

I need access to the Github Org so I can get proper integration, in this case Travis CI. But for future CI integration this would be needed to, i.e. CodeClimate.

I am unable able to moved forward with this issues until I get access for CI integration.
