Add link to SDP and Planet A in ETHBerlinZwei Knowledgebase

Scope

• ETHBerlin has their knowledge base on Github: https://github.com/ethberlinzwei/KnowledgeBase
• Last year, this repo was heavily used by participants
• We should use it as a marketing funnel towards our game

Deliverables

• Get in contact with one of the maintainers of the repo and ask if they're OK with adding some information about SDP and Planet A
• If so, add information as a PR and get it merged

Gains for the project

• Greater audience reach at ETHBerlinZwei

There could be a similar issue for adding something on the cccamp19 wiki.
